Security IP Team
We are hiring for Security IP team for both SoC and block level verification.
What Does a Security IP Team Do in a System-on-Chip (SoC)?
Every modern smartphone, laptop, smartwatch, automotive system, and IoT device stores valuable information—personal photos, passwords, banking credentials, health records, and business data. Protecting this information is one of the most important responsibilities in semiconductor design.
This is where the Security IP team plays a critical role.
Think of a modern SoC as a large city. Different blocks of the city represent the CPU, GPU, AI engine, memory, camera, modem, and other hardware components. The Security IP acts as the city’s police force, bank vault, identity verification system, surveillance network, and emergency response team—all working together to ensure only authorized people and applications can access sensitive resources.
Why Does an SoC Need Security?
Without hardware security:
* Anyone could copy sensitive information.
* Fake software could run on the processor.
* Hackers could steal encryption keys.
* Payment systems could be compromised.
* Automotive and industrial devices could be controlled maliciously.
Hardware security forms the root of trust, meaning security starts from the silicon itself before any software is executed.
