What You'll Do:
✅ Be the primary point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle service journey.
✅ Understand customer concerns and coordinate with technicians to diagnose and resolve vehicle issues.
✅ Provide service estimates, updates, and maintenance recommendations.
✅ Ensure timely vehicle delivery and a seamless customer experience.
✅ Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
✅ Coordinate service bookings, follow-ups, and reminders.
✅ Work closely with service teams to achieve daily operational targets.
