𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Service Engineer
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Surat, Gujarat
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
1–3 Years (Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.)
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Visit client sites to inspect and troubleshoot issues in installed solar PV systems.
• Diagnose electrical and system faults and provide effective solutions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar power plants.
• Coordinate with clients to understand and resolve service-related concerns.
• Prepare service reports after every site visit.
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, technical support, and warranty claims.
• Ensure timely resolution of service requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures during field operations.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
• Basic knowledge of Solar PV Systems.
• Understanding of electrical wiring, inverters, and electrical panels.
• Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams (SLDs).
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
• Experience in solar EPC projects.
• Knowledge of commissioning and maintenance of rooftop or ground-mounted solar systems.
• Familiarity with testing instruments such as a multimeter, clamp meter, and insulation tester.
