👨‍💼 Experience: 2-6 Years (Freshers are welcome too)
Bluebeam Infra Private Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Site Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or entry-level professionals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects and site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day site execution of interior fit-out projects
• Support senior engineers in reviewing drawings, BOQs, and site specifications
• Monitor site activities, manpower, and material usage under supervision
• Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and maintain project documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
• Assist with measurements, billing, and material reconciliation
Required Skill:
• Basic understanding of interior fit-out processes
• Knowledge of site execution and material handling
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD (preferred)
• Fluent in English and intermediate proficiency in Hindi
• Willingness to learn, work under guidance, and travel to project sites
Languages:
• English – Fluent
• Hindi – Fluent
