💼 Work Mode: Work from Office (5–6 days/week)
⏳ Duration: 6 Months
💰 Stipend: ₹10,000/month (up to ₹12,000 based on skills)
🎯 PPO: Opportunity for a full-time role based on performance
What You’ll Do:
✨ Create & manage content for YouTube, Reddit, Quora & social platforms
🎥 Assist with video editing, shooting & content production
🎨 Design thumbnails, posts & visuals
📊 Research trends, topics & audience behaviour
✍️ Write and curate engaging content
💬 Manage comments & community interactions
🤖 Explore AI tools for content, research, editing & designing
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Understanding of YouTube, Reddit & Quora
✅ Video editing & shooting skills
✅ Designing skills
✅ Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro or AI tools
✅ Content/article writing experience
✅ Community/comment management experience
✅ Creativity, curiosity & a growth mindset
