Social Media Intern
You know that person who sends “wait, this would make such a good reel” every five minutes?
We’re looking for that person. 👀
At d'you we’re hiring a Social Media Intern who can spot a trend, turn a random thought into a content idea, and actually make it happen.
You’ll be ideating, scripting, shooting/editing, building carousels, tracking what’s working and figuring out what our community wants to see next.
And yes, you’ll get to spend a lot of time thinking about skincare, the internet and why people stop scrolling.
You’ll work closely with our marketing, content and brand teams with plenty of room to experiment, bring your own point of view and see your ideas go live.
We’re not looking for someone who just knows how to “manage social media.”
We’re looking for someone who understands the internet.
If that sounds like you, send us your CV at [contact shared on WhatsApp] and tell us what makes you a good fit for d’you.
📍 New Delhi | 3-month internship
Bonus points if your Notes app is full of content ideas.

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at d’you? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
