Social Media Intern
I'm hiring one intern at HealAssist. The job is not what most social media internships are.
Two days a week you will be inside a hospital, filming people who just got their eyesight back and asking them to talk about it.
The other three days you turn that into video that makes the next patient pick up the phone.
You do all of it yourself. Script, shoot, edit, post, reply. No agency. No team above you. You report to me.
What you get that an agency internship never gives you:
- 25 real patients waiting to be filmed in your first month
- Work judged on enquiries generated, not on likes
- An Instagram page at zero followers that is entirely yours to build
What I need:
- A phone that shoots well and a laptop that edits
- 3 videos you shot AND edited yourself. Not team projects.
- You in Gurugram, in office, 5 days a week
Rs. 22,000 a month. 6 months. Job offer at the end for the right person.
There is no CV round. The last step is a paid day at the hospital shooting one real patient with me. That is the actual interview.

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at HealAssist? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
