We’re looking for a female micro creator / social media intern based in Kolkata to join us on a hybrid basis.

🎬 Can help us with shooting and creating short-form content

What you’ll be doing:
Assist in shooting Reels and social media content
Appear in front of the camera when required
Help brainstorm content ideas and trends
Assist with social media management and content planning
Learn how brands create and distribute content
Work directly with our team on real projects
Location: Kolkata
Work Mode: Hybrid
Stipend: ₹3,000–₹5,000/month
Engagement: Internship / Freelance opportunity, with potential for a longer-term role

- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
