📅 Duration: Internship (up to 4 months) / Apprenticeship (6 months to 1 year)
💻 Mode: Full-time, In-office

Key Responsibilities:
-Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for kids' content across platforms.
-Assist in creating engaging content and marketing assets tailored for children and family audiences.
-Track content performance, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
-Conduct market research on children's entertainment trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
-Coordinate with creative, content, and social media teams for campaign execution.
-Support influencer, school, and community-based engagement initiatives.
-Assist in developing promotional activities for new shows, characters, and content launches.
-Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure the timely execution of marketing campaigns and content releases.
-Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for the seamless execution and delivery of kids' content and related marketing initiatives.
-Support the planning, execution, and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns to drive audience growth, engagement, and campaign performance.
-Analyze kids' consumer behavior, content consumption patterns, and audience preferences to derive actionable marketing insights.
-Assist in campaign reporting, performance analysis, and recommendations for future content and marketing strategies.

Requirements:
-MBA student or recent graduate eager to build a career in the media and entertainment industry.
-Keen interest in creating engaging experiences for kids and families across animation, gaming, and digital content.
-Up-to-date with social media culture, audience behavior, and emerging content formats.
-Creative thinker who enjoys crafting compelling stories and communicating ideas effectively.
-Energetic, adaptable, and ready to take initiative while learning in a fast-paced environment.
