Electroglobal Solution Pvt. Ltd. is inviting creative and enthusiastic candidates to join our team in Jaipur and gain hands-on experience through real projects, mentorship and practical marketing exposure.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan | On-Site
Mode: Full-Time
Program: 3 Months Training + 6 Months Paid Internship
Stipend: Up to ₹10,000/month
PPO: Up to ₹7 LPA based on performance

🔹 Phase 1 | Training & Learning – 3 Months
During the training phase, you’ll get practical exposure to:
• Social Media & Content Planning
• Consumer Psychology & Platform Algorithms
• AI Tools for Digital Marketing
• Trend & Competitor Research
• Practical Marketing Assignments & Projects

🔹 Phase 2 | Paid Internship – 6 Months
Get the opportunity to work on live campaigns, content strategies and business-focused marketing projects while developing your skills in a professional work environment.
Stipend: Up to ₹10,000/month

Phase 3 | PPO Opportunity
Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, ownership, creativity and learning ability may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer of up to ₹7 LPA.

💡 Your Key Responsibilities
• Create and execute content calendars
• Research trends, competitors and viral content ideas
• Develop concepts for Reels, Shorts, Carousels & LinkedIn content
• Write engaging hooks, captions and content briefs
• Understand audience behaviour and consumer psychology
• Track content performance and suggest improvements
• Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes
• Coordinate with designers and video editors
• Explore AI tools to improve content creation and marketing
