📍 Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan | On-Site
💼 Mode: Full-Time
⏳ Program: 3 Months Training + 6 Months Paid Internship
💰 Stipend: Up to ₹10,000/month
🎯 PPO: Up to ₹7 LPA based on performance
🔹 Phase 1: Learning & Training | 3 Months

Get hands-on training and mentorship in:
• Social Media & Content Strategy
• Consumer Psychology & Platform Algorithms
• AI Tools for Digital Marketing
• Trend & Competitor Analysis
• Practical Marketing Projects

🔹 Phase 2: Paid Internship | 6 Months
Work on real campaigns, content strategies and business projects while gaining practical experience in a professional environment.
💰 Stipend: Up to ₹10,000/month

🔹 Phase 3: PPO Opportunity 🎯
High-performing candidates may get an opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer of up to ₹7 LPA, depending on their skills, ownership, learning ability and overall performance.

💡 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Plan content strategies and calendars
• Identify trends, competitors and viral content opportunities
• Develop ideas for Reels, Shorts, Carousels & LinkedIn content
• Write engaging hooks, captions and content briefs
• Understand audience behaviour & consumer psychology
• Analyse content performance and recommend improvements
• Keep track of changing social media algorithms
• Coordinate with designers and video editors
• Explore AI tools for content creation & marketing
