Electroglobal Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and analytical candidate interested in social media, content strategy, consumer psychology, digital marketing, and performance marketing.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan | On-Site
Internship: Full-Time
Program: 2 Months Training + 6 Months Paid Internship
Stipend: Up to ₹10,000/month
PPO: Up to ₹7 LPA, performance-based

Phase 1: Training | 2 Months

Candidates will receive practical training and mentorship in:
• Content Strategy & Social Media Marketing
• Consumer Psychology & Platform Algorithms
• AI Tools & Digital Marketing
• Trend & Competitor Research
• Hands-on Projects

Phase 2: Paid Internship | 6 Months

Selected candidates will work on real campaigns, content strategies, projects, and business challenges with a stipend of up to ₹10,000/month.

Phase 3: PPO Opportunity

Top-performing candidates may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer of up to ₹7 LPA based on skills, learning ability, ownership, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop content strategies and content calendars
• Research trends, competitors, and viral content
• Create ideas for Reels, Shorts, Carousels, and LinkedIn posts
• Write hooks, captions, and content briefs
• Study audience behaviour and consumer psychology
• Track content performance and suggest improvements
• Stay updated with social media algorithms
• Collaborate with designers and video editors
• Experiment with AI tools for content creation

Who Should Apply
• Students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals
• Strong interest in social media and digital marketing
• Creative and analytical mindset
• Good written communication and research skills
• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Willingness to learn and experiment

Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or social media analytics is a plus.
