Swashodhan Trust is building technology that powers healthcare and education for rural and tribal communities across Telangana — and we need a passionate developer to join our team in Hyderabad.

You'll work on full-stack web applications, integrate AI-powered features, and contribute to our Rural EMR platform (built on OpenEMR) — real projects with real impact, from day one.

🛠️ Tech Stack (in order of preference):
1️⃣ MERN — MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js
2️⃣ Python
3️⃣ PHP
+ MySQL & MongoDB databases
+ AI tools & APIs (LLMs, AI coding assistants)

✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications
- Design, query & optimize MySQL and MongoDB databases
- Build and integrate AI-powered features
- Debug and troubleshoot application and integration issues
- Write clean, documented, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews and secure coding practices
- Stay updated with new frameworks, tools, and AI developments

🎯 What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of coding experience
(freshers with strong project work may also apply)
- MERN / Python / PHP hands-on experience
- MySQL and MongoDB working knowledge
- Interest in AI tools and frameworks
- Self-driven learner — can pick up new tools independently
- Basic Git knowledge
- No specific degree required — skills matter more
- A dharmic outlook — honest, disciplined, service-oriented 🙏
