Minimum Criteria :
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Version Control: Familiarity with Git and basic version control.
Strong foundational knowledge in : AI, Java OR C++, Server Infrastructure, Linux or Python /bash /Shell Scripting.

Interview advice
Going for the Software Engineer role at ACL Digital? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Revise core data structures and be ready to explain the logic in your best project line by line — interviewers care more about how you reason than which language you used.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
