My team at Futures First is looking for passionate and motivated Software Engineers – Full Stack to join us in Gurgaon.
This opportunity is open for freshers and early-career professionals with 0–2 years of experience who have strong fundamentals and are eager to build, learn, and solve real-world problems.
What we are looking for:
✅ Strong programming and problem-solving skills
✅ Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms, DBMS, and Operating Systems
✅ Knowledge of software engineering fundamentals and web application development
✅ Familiarity with version control and collaborative development practices
✅ Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn
Preferred Tech Stack:
JavaScript, React, Python, Flask, SQL, Git

Going for the Software Engineer role at Futures First? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Revise core data structures and be ready to explain the logic in your best project line by line — interviewers care more about how you reason than which language you used.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
