* Collaborate with engineering team members to design, develop, test, and maintain robust software components.
* Implement production-ready features and contribute directly to application and back-end architectures.
* Write clean, meticulously documented code and actively engage in thorough peer code reviews.
* Apply industry best practices across version control systems (Git) and automated deployment workflows.
### 🎯 Technical Qualifications
* **Foundational CS:** A strong grasp of Computer Science fundamentals, specifically Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP principles.
* **Programming Proficiency:** Hands-on experience with at least one modern language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).
* **Backend Frameworks:** Exposure to server-side technologies, database management, and API design is highly preferred.
* **Professional Attributes:** Sharp analytical skills, acute attention to detail, and a rigorous commitment to engineering quality.
