- Overall experience of 0-1 years in the analytics / consulting /technology space
- Strong quantitative aptitude an logical thinking ability is required
- Ability to read data and derive insights from the data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Working knowledge of Python, SQL, Excel is an added advantage
- Highly motivated, learning oriented and quality focused individuals would be preferred

Going for the Software Engineer role at Roche? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Revise core data structures and be ready to explain the logic in your best project line by line — interviewers care more about how you reason than which language you used.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
