Most of us use abstractions every day. This role is for engineers who want to understand what happens underneath them — how code maps to memory, threads, and hardware.

🔧 WHAT YOULL WORK ON
• High-performance C++ for compute-intensive workloads• CPU and GPU inference acceleration for LLMs across different hardware platforms
• Parallel programming for multi-core CPUs and GPUs, including CUDA/HIP kernels
• Profiling bottlenecks in compute, memory, and I/O to deliver measurable speedups
• Memory layout, access patterns, and data movement across the memory hierarchy
• Linux internals: processes, threads, synchronization, and virtual memory

🎯 WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of experience in C/C++, systems programming, or performance engineering
• Strong modern C++ (C++11 and later) and solid data structures and algorithms
• Good OS fundamentals and hands-on Linux experience (GCC/Clang, GDB, CMake)
• Multithreaded programming with std::thread, OpenMP, or pthreads
• A habit of measuring performance before optimizing

⭐ BONUS POINTS
• Experience with llama.cpp, vLLM, or PyTorch, especially inference acceleration
• CUDA/HIP and GPU architecture: warps, occupancy, and memory hierarchy
• MPI, OpenMP, and SIMD/vectorization
• Profiling tools: perf, VTune, Nsight, or rocprof
• Compilers, LLVM, or open-source contributions.

New to GPUs or LLM frameworks? Thats fine! Strong C++ and systems fundamentals matter most, and well help you ramp up.
