Earlier this year I spent a day on a call center floor, sitting next to agents while our software ran live on their calls. I think every engineer building for CX should do this at least once - you stop thinking in tickets and start thinking in "this person is mid-call with a frustrated customer and my pipeline just hiccupped."

That's the kind of engineering culture I'm trying to build on my team. And we're opening it up to interns.

We're hiring 4 Software Engineering Interns on the Sanas Speech Intelligence platform — Bangalore, onsite, 4 months. This is not a shadow-and-observe internship. You'll onboard on how a call flows from the agent's desktop through our Portal into our AI backends, then go deep on one track:

• SI Backend — event-driven call pipelines (Python, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse)
• Portal Backend — auth, call state and metrics APIs (Go, PostgreSQL, Redis)
• Portal Frontend — live tracking and alerts UI (React, TypeScript)
• AI Eval & Analytics — regex vs LLM alert quality, eval tooling (Python, ClickHouse, LLM APIs)

You'll own scoped tickets end-to-end, debug real production incidents, and write things up the way engineers do - because your work will be running on real customer calls.
