* First 45 days: Mandatory Work From Office
* Thereafter: Hybrid (approximately 2 days/week from office)

Mandatory Skills

* Strong programming knowledge in Python or C++
* Exposure to CAD/CAE through academics, certification, internship, or industry experience
* Basic understanding of Software QA, Manual Testing, or Automation Testing
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills

Preferred Skills

* Python Automation
* PyTest, Selenium, JIRA, Git, or similar tools
* Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science background
* QA Automation exposure is an added advantage
