🚀 We're Hiring | TechBee Sourcing Intern | Jaipur

Looking to kick-start your career with HCLTech TSS. Join HCLTech as a TechBee Sourcing Intern and gain valuable hands-on experience.

📍 Location: Jaipur (Local candidates or those from nearby locations only)
💰 Stipend: ₹9,000 per month
📅 Duration: 6 Months.

Eligibility:

✅ Freshers are welcome.
✅ Graduation completed (BA, B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, etc.) or Postgraduates (completed/pursuing) are eligible.
✅ Candidates must be available for a minimum 6-month internship.
✅ Must be comfortable working from the office, 6 days a week.
✅ Preference will be given to local candidates from Jaipur or nearby locations.

Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Source and connect with TechBee candidates through calls and database management.
✅ Conduct candidate counselling and guide candidates/parents throughout the recruitment process.
✅ Coordinate Versant tests, assessments, interviews, and onboarding activities.
✅ Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure timely document submission.
✅ Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers.
✅ Conduct webinars, counselling sessions, and support campus engagement activities.
✅ Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring operations.
✅ Prepare recruitment reports and ensure data accuracy in the system.
✅ Perform additional recruitment-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
