📍 Position
Operations, Sourcing & Office Coordinator

In this role, you'll work directly with me and be involved in:

Supplier sourcing and procurement
Office operations and administration
Order coordination and logistics
Client communication (India & International)
Documentation, quotations, and follow-ups
Every day will be different, and you'll have the opportunity to learn how a growing international sustainable textile business operates.

🌱 About Ayurkruti
Ayurkruti develops 100% plant-based yarns, fabrics, and sustainable textile solutions using natural fibres such as banana, hemp, bamboo, lotus, and more. We work with ethical fashion brands, designers, and manufacturers across India and around the world.

✅ Who should apply?
0–4 years of experience (Freshers with the right attitude are welcome!)
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
Good organisational and follow-up skills
Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp Business
Interest in sustainability, textiles, or ethical business is a big advantage
