SOW Coordinator
🚀 We're Hiring: SOW Coordinator / Contract Management Executive
📍 Location: Trichy
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office

🕐 Working Hours: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and track Statements of Work (SOWs), renewals, extensions, and documentation.
✅ Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely contract execution.
✅ Maintain contract trackers, reports, and compliance records.
✅ Follow up on expiring contracts and pending approvals.
✅ Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Recruitment, and Account Management teams.
✅ Manage contract-related emails, documentation, and repository updates.
Required Skills:
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (trackers, reporting, formulas)
✔ Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
