We're looking for a Specialist – MIS to join our BPO team in Lucknow.
📍 Location: Lucknow
💰 CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
🎓 Qualification: Graduation is mandatory
Mandatory Skills:
Advanced MS Excel
MS Access
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience in the BPO industry preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Create dashboards and automate reports
Analyze operational data and generate actionable insights
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
