Speech Therapist

*JOB OPENING: Early Interventionist / Speech Therapist*

*Abhyasa Child Development & Adolescent Guidance Centre, Vijayawada, A.P.*

*Role:* Provide speech, language & communication intervention for children aged *0-18 years*, including high-risk NICU & PICU cases.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Work in a multidisciplinary team under the guidance of a Developmental Pediatrician

2. Conduct speech, language, fluency, voice & swallowing assessments for age group 0-18 years

3. Manage NICU follow-up cases + PICU post-discharge communication/feeding concerns

4. Plan and deliver intervention sessions – online + offline – for developmental delays, ASD, CP, GDD, genetic disorders, TBI, etc.

5. Prepare assessment reports and maintain regular progress documentation

6. Counsel and train parents/caregivers on home programs

*Requirements:*

1. *Qualification:* BASLP / MASLP / Diploma in Early Intervention. Freshers with clinical exposure welcome. (RCI registration mandatory)

2. *Experience with:* Pediatric cases, NICU graduates, PICU follow-ups, tracheostomy/ventilator weaned children is an advantage

3. *Languages:* Good communication skills in English + Telugu mandatory

4. *Traits:* Patient, enthusiastic, team player, passionate about early intervention
