Job Description
Account Management/Key Accountsworkfocusesonmediumtolong-termplanningandface-to-facesellingofavarietyofproducts, servicesand/orsolutionsacrossmultiplelinesofbusinessforadefinedgroupofexistingclientsincluding:
Developingmediumtolong-rangesalesplansandpreparingstrategiestoprotect, grow, anddiversifytherelationshipwithadefinedgroupofexistingcustomers
Identifyingandmanaginginteractionswithassignedgroupofexistingcustomerstoidentifycross/upandrepeatsalesopportunities
Resolvingproblemsandensuringcustomersreceivehighqualitycustomerservice
Developingclientretentionandgrowthplansandstrategiesfordevelopingprofitablebusinesswithassignedaccounts
