Supply Chain Consultant
We are hiring two Supply Chain Consultants with 0 - 2 years experience in implementing supply chain planning solutions at #o9 #omp #kinaxis (they train well) or similar platforms or fresh out of college (Read Material Management by Tony Arnold and you will be good to start).
As part of this role, you will be expected to implement one of the following modules for our customers.
1) Demand planning
2) Production planning
3) Supply planning
4) Production Scheduling
5) Distribution Planning
People who like doing small things in months should not apply.
People who consider LLMs as their competitors should not apply.
People who are shy about sharing their ideas should not apply.
People who are afraid of making mistakes should not apply.
People who often say I don't know or I have not done this before should not apply.
People who want to be told what to do or need a project plan should not apply.
The role will be based in Pune. People who want to work from home before implementing atleast 3 projects independently should not apply.

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at Horizon Solutions? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
