We are looking for an energetic and analytical Supply Chain Intern / Consultant to help drive inventory excellence, supply continuity, distribution efficiency, and operational performance across our growing network of Distribution Centers and restaurants.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to a fast-growing QSR business while working closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Warehousing, Finance, and Vendor Partners.

🎯 What You'll Drive

✅ Inventory planning, replenishment and stock visibility across DCs and stores

✅ Inventory optimization through stock balancing, inter-DC transfers, and reduction of ageing, excess and near-expiry inventory

✅ Seamless execution of regular and emergency supply requirements

✅ Vendor coordination to ensure uninterrupted product availability

✅ Performance tracking and improvement of key supply chain KPIs:

• Fill Rate
• OTIF (On-Time In-Full)
• Stock Availability
• Store Inventory Health
• Inventory Ageing

✅ Support successful execution of:

• New Store Openings
• Product Launches
• Limited Time Offers (LTOs)
• Promotional Campaigns

✅ Opex & Capex procurement and fulfilment coordination

✅ Supply Chain Analytics, reporting, and insight generation

✅ Cost optimization and working capital improvement initiatives

✅ Cross-functional collaboration to proactively identify and mitigate supply risks

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working
