Wearelookingforamotivated B. Sc.fresherstojoin our L 1 Supportteamforacriticalproject. Youwillplayakeyroleinensuring 24/7 systemavailability, monitoringapplicationhealth, andprovidingfirst-levelsupporttoresolveissuesinadynamicenvironment.
Key Responsibilities
• 24/7 Support: Activelyparticipatein a 24/7 rotationalshiftmodeltoensureseamlesssupportcoverage.

• Incident Monitoring: Monitorcoresoftwareplatformsandfollowestablishedprocessestotrackanddocumentincidents.

• Problem-Solving: Utilizeanalyticalskillstoinvestigatetechnicalissues, performtroubleshooting, andconductbasicrootcauseanalysis(RCA).

• Communication: Maintainfluentverbalandwrittencommunicationwithinternalstakeholderstoprovidetimelyupdatesonticketstatus.

• Collaboration: Workcloselywiththeteamtoimplementsolutionsanddrivereliabilityimprovementsforsoftwaresystems.

Candidate Requirements
• Education: B. Sc.degree(orequivalent).

• Skills:
• Strongproblem-solvingandanalyticalcapabilitieswithhighattentiontodetail.

• Basicknowledge of Linuxanddatabasemanagement.

• Basicprogrammingknowledgetounderstandcodeexecutionandassistwithdebugging.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel(Basictointermediate).

• Familiaritywithorwillingnesstolearntoolssuc has JIRA, Confluence, Service Now, Splunk, Zabbix, or Grafana.

• Soft Skills:
• Fluent in English(writtenandverbal).

• Independent, self-motivated, andhighlyorganized.
