What You'll Work On

✅ Windows Server Administration

✅ Active Directory & Microsoft 365

✅ Technical Support & Troubleshooting

✅ Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

✅ VMware & Hyper-V Virtualization

✅ AWS & Cloud Fundamentals

✅ RMM Tools & Endpoint Management

✅ Patch Management, Backups & Security

✅ IT Documentation & Ticketing Systems

What We're Looking For

✔ Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Networking

✔ Understanding of VMware/Hyper-V or AWS/Azure is a plus

✔ Familiarity with RMM or PSA/Ticketing tools is an advantage

✔ CCNA certification (or equivalent networking knowledge) is a plus

✔ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

🤖 AI Enthusiasts Preferred!
