System Administrator

🚀 We're Hiring: System Administrator
📍 Location: Mohali (On-site)
💼 Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Are you passionate about IT infrastructure, technical support, and system administration? We're looking for a System Administrator to join our growing team and support international clients while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide L1/L2 technical support for Windows servers, desktops, and applications
✅ Manage and resolve client tickets while meeting SLA timelines
✅ Monitor and administer IT infrastructure using RMM tools
✅ Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and server-related issues
✅ Support Active Directory, Office 365, VMware/Hyper-V, and Windows Server environments
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and excellent client service

Required Skills:
✔ 6 months to 1 year of experience in System Administration, IT Operations, Technical Support, or an MSP environment
✔ Hands-on experience with Kaseya or any RMM tool (ConnectWise, NinjaOne, Datto RMM, Atera, N-able, etc.)
✔ Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice, ConnectWise Manage, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus
✔ Understanding of SLA management, incident handling, and escalation processes
✔ Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Networking, and Virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V)

Preferred Certifications:
🎓 CCNA, MCSA, AZ-900, AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA A+/Network+, or equivalent
