✔ Collaborate with recruitment partners and internal teams
✔ Screen and evaluate candidate profiles
✔ Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
✔ Support end-to-end recruitment processes
✔ Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and reports
✔ Learn sourcing strategies and industry best practices
