Location – Vikhroli (Mumbai) & Magarpatta (Pune) Accenture Office.
Shift Timings – Night shift - US Shift 5.00 PM TO 5.00 AM (9 Hour Shift , 2 weekly off)
RTO 100% - Work from office
Cab Facility: Both ways (Within 30 kms)
Role Overview:
The role is in Talent Acquisition, where candidates will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing till onboarding.
Eligibility Criteria:
CL 12: Candidates with international or domestic any HRO experience with good communication skills can be considered. (Years of experience: 1 TO 4 Yrs)
CL 13: Freshers with good communication skills can be considered.
(Training will be provided)

Going for the HR role at Accenture? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to talk through how you would handle a real people situation, and to show why discretion and clear communication matter in the role.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
