Covenant Consultants is looking for passionate and career-driven freshers to kickstart their journey in Talent Acquisition!

✨ Eligibility Criteria:
✔ 2026 pass-outs who have completed their final semester exams
✔ 2025 postgraduates (MBA/MSW/MA HRM) are also eligible
✔ Recruitment sourcing internship experience is mandatory for both 2025 into IT and Non IT recruitment  & 2026 pass-outs (or relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment)
✔ Must be based in Chennai (Outstation candidates will not be considered)
✔ Excellent communication skills are mandatory
✔ Candidates should be available to join immediately, preferably on August 1st week .

💼 Role Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Talent Acquisition
• Candidate Sourcing & Screening
• Interview Coordination
• Working Closely with Hiring Managers
• Managing Candidate Experience Throughout the Hiring Process
