📍 Job Location: Malad West (Mindspace), Mumbai
📍 Preferred Candidates: Western Line, Mumbai
🕒 Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday–Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
🎯 Who Can Apply?
✅ Freshers are welcome!
✅ Professionals with 1–5 years of experience in Core Talent Acquisition / Lateral Hiring
✅ Candidates with experience in IT and/or Non-IT Recruitment
✅ Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA
✅ Preference will be given to candidates residing along the Western Line, Mumbai
✅ Excellent communication, sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills

Interview advice
Going for the HR role at Conviction HR? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to talk through how you would handle a real people situation, and to show why discretion and clear communication matter in the role.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
