📌 JOB DETAILS

Location: Pune
Experience: 0–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct HR screening interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS.
Track interview schedules and candidate status.
Coordinate CAD/Technical tests where applicable.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
🔹 EXPERIENCE
0–3 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment are encouraged to apply.
Experience in Mechanical, CAD Design, Automotive Engineering, or IT Recruitment will be preferred.
