📌 Key Responsibilities
Counsel candidates and guide them on suitable opportunities
Convert leads into enrollments/closures
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain candidate engagement
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Maintain candidate records and update CRM regularly
