Interview advice
Going for the HR role at RGBSI? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to talk through how you would handle a real people situation, and to show why discretion and clear communication matter in the role.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
