📌 Position: Talent Acquisition Intern
🌍 Work Mode: 100% Remote
📅 Working Days: 4.5 Days a Week

💼 What You'll Learn
✨ End-to-end recruitment process
✨ Candidate sourcing & screening
✨ Interview coordination
✨ Client interaction & hiring strategies
✨ Hands-on experience with live recruitment projects

📖 Internship Structure

📌 First 30 days: Unpaid training and learning period.

📌 From the 2nd month onwards: Interns who achieve successful candidate closures will receive a monthly stipend. The stipend amount will be discussed during the interview.

📌 Internship Duration: 3 Months

🌟 Performance-Based PPO
Interns who consistently perform well and successfully complete the 3-month internship may be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time role with AKDV 24 Consulting Services.
