Hiring: Talent Acquisition Intern at Arthan | Remote | 3-Month Full-Time Paid Internship

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team at Arthan. If you're interested in recruitment and want to build a career in the social impact sector, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least 6 months of experience in an external-facing role.
- Has exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Has a genuine interest in the social impact sector. Preference will be given to candidates with prior exposure to the sector or a strong motivation to build a career in this space.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll work closely with our team to:
- Source and screen candidates across different platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Conduct talent research and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Support the team with day-to-day recruitment and hiring activities.
