🚀 We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Intern (Remote Internship)
Are you passionate about recruitment and looking to kickstart your career in Talent Acquisition? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern with 0–3 months of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources across IT and Non-IT hiring.
💡 Prior exposure to IT recruitment will be an added advantage.

✅ Bachelor's or Master's degree completed
✅ 0–3 months of relevant HR/Recruitment experience
✅ Available for immediate joining
✅ Own Laptop/Desktop with a stable internet connection
❌ Candidates currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degrees are not eligible for this internship
📍 Internship Details
Position: Talent Acquisition Intern
Mode: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Experience: 0–3 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Start each workday by calling candidates based on assigned job requirements
Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and social media platforms
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability
Explain job roles, company details, and hiring expectations clearly
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process
Meet daily and weekly sourcing and calling targets
Support the HR team with recruitment and coordination activities
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate (Bachelor's/Master's completed)
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with daily candidate outreach and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced recruitment function
