About the Role
Century Plyboards (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and HR operations. The selected candidate will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and gain practical experience in corporate hiring.

Key Responsibilities
> Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and professional networks.
> Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and hiring criteria.
> Conduct initial candidate outreach and explain job opportunities.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
> Maintain candidate records and recruitment data through HRMS and recruitment trackers.
> Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and documentation.
> Coordinate with mentors, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
> Assist in posting job openings across various recruitment platforms.
> Generate and maintain recruitment reports and hiring status updates.

Eligibility Criteria
> Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
> Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
> Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications.
> Ability to multitask, organise information, and manage deadlines effectively.
> Attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
> Must be based in Kolkata or willing to work from the Kolkata office.
