CITRINE MANAGEMENT is expanding, and we’re looking for 2–4 enthusiastic freshers to join our team on a commission-based opportunity.

If you’re interested in fashion, modelling, acting, entertainment, talent management, or recruitment, this could be a great opportunity to get hands-on industry experience.

What you’ll do:

* Scout and discover new models & actors
* Connect with emerging talent
* Build and maintain talent profiles
* Assist with casting and project requirements
* Coordinate with our talent management team
* Help expand our professional talent network

Who we’re looking for:

* Freshers are welcome
* Strong communication skills
* Confident and proactive personality
* Good understanding of Instagram/social media
* Interest in the entertainment & fashion industry
* Ability to work independently and meet targets

💰 Compensation: Commission-based
📈 Growth: Performance-based opportunities to take on greater responsibilities within the agency.

📍 Location: Remote / Flexible
