⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible)

📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
✅ Screen resumes based on job requirements.
✅ Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
✅ Build and maintain a candidate pipeline.
✅ Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
✅ Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
✅ Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
✅ Support onboarding and documentation activities.

🎯 Eligibility
* Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
* Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
* Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
