Going for the HR role at Interview Kickstart? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to talk through how you would handle a real people situation, and to show why discretion and clear communication matter in the role.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
