Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Screening and shortlisting candidates
• Interview coordination and follow-ups
• Maintaining candidate details and trackers
• Supporting the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities

Going for the HR role at Intileo? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
