• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Assist in hiring for VLSI/semiconductor roles

Preferred Skills:
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Basic understanding of recruitment
✅ LinkedIn sourcing knowledge is a plus
✅ Interest in the VLSI/Semiconductor industry
