Talent Acquisition Intern
If you’re starting your career in Talent Acquisition, this could be your opportunity to get hands-on with real hiring.
We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern at KSKT AgroMart Pvt. Ltd. — and we’re open to both freshers and candidates with 6 months–1 year of experience.
This isn’t a role where you’ll just observe the recruitment process.

What you’ll get to work on:
→ Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels
→ Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate conversations
→ Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
→ Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring pipelines
→ Work on multiple roles across Sales, Retail, Operations, Corporate and other functions
→ Support campus hiring and recruitment initiatives
→ Learn how hiring decisions are made in a growing business
Who can apply?
• Freshers with a strong interest in Recruitment / HR
• Candidates with 6 months–1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Interview advice
Going for the HR role at KSKT AgroMart Pvt. Ltd.? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to talk through how you would handle a real people situation, and to show why discretion and clear communication matter in the role.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
