At Paytm, we are looking for enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Interns to support our hiring and candidate experience processes.

Role: Talent Acquisition Intern
📍 Location: Noida
⏳ Duration: 3 Months
🏢 Mode: Work from Office (5 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Outreach: Use Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean searches, and job boards to identify potential candidates
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial calls.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and professional interview journey
• Scheduling: Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers across time zones
• Employer Branding: Support content creation for Linkedin and careers page

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to manage confidential information
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
