💼 Role:Talent Acquisition Intern
📍 Location: Greater Noida West
🕐 Duration: 3 Months
💰 Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month
🚀 Start Date: Immediately
🏢 Work Mode: Full-time | In-office
⭐ What will you work on?
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals & social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Communicate with candidates through calls, WhatsApp & emails
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers using MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Support the HR team in building and managing the talent pipeline
